A Birthday Wish

Birthdays tell us that,
we have come so far,
but we have so much
more to go.

Birthdays are
a celebration of life,
and a reminder that,
life goes on.

It does not stop.
We take the love and
the memories along.

Rest we throw away.
And prepare ourselves
to go ahead,
to fulfill our dreams,
till our next birthday.

Break on through to the other side
Break on through, oww!
Oh, yeah!

This is how it started...

On your birthday,

Here are some pieces of me.

Giving them from me to you,

straight from the heart.

For the moments you are alone.

For the moments you will read them,

and remember me.

What are those pieces...

(There’s a whole poem, but that would have to wait for some other time, some other day)
